As the CEO of Blueline Recoveries, she spearheads a team of experts dedicated to facilitating the recovery of funds lost to business email compromise and other forms of wire fraud, employing cutting-edge technology and proven strategies. In addition to her role at Blueline Recoveries, Kate leverages her extensive expertise as an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University and Georgetown University. At these esteemed institutions, she teaches courses on cyberwarfare, IT leadership, and cyberthreats, contributing to the education and empowerment of future cybersecurity professionals. Kate's commitment to advancing cybersecurity extends beyond the classroom. She serves as a board member of ERI, the nation's leading electronics recycler, where she advocates for environmentally sound and secure data destruction practices. Kristin Cannon, Vice President, Pharmacy Population Health, SSM Health has been practicing in health system pharmacy for over 30 years. She completed her B.S. Pharmacy degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and her MBA from the New England College. Her clinical career was forged as a pediatric pharmacist at Children’s Hospital-Minneapolis before transitioning into management as the Minneapolis campus pharmacy manager. In 2001, she accepted her first pharmacy director position and relocated to Wisconsin to open Aurora Health Care’s for-profit hospital in Green Bay, WI. Kristin spent the next 20 years with Advocate Aurora Health Care in director, senior director, and vice president roles within health system pharmacy operations. In 2022, she joined SSM Health as the WI Region Pharmacy Vice President and quickly pivoted to the system Pharmacy Population Health Vice President role. Kristin is responsible for the community pharmacy, ambulatory pharmacy, pop health, pharmacy access, home infusion, and LTC pharmacy teams across the SSM Health system. She also has matrix accountability for the SSM Health specialty pharmacy and the SSM Health pharmacy risk pool services.

Sarah Roberts,MHA, FACHE serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Community Care for Ochsner Health. She is a current fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Sarah has received numerous awards in her career at Ochsner, including the Upcoming Leader Award and the Division Leader of the Year Award. In her current role, Sarah has overall administrative responsibility for service line performance and productivity for Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community Health Centers and Ochsner 65 Plus Clinics. Her main areas of focus include access to care, growth, physician relations, and the development of new models of care and enhanced clinic efficiency. She began her career as an Occupational Therapist before returning to school to earn her Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University. She then relocated to Louisiana to join Ochsner as an Administrative Fellow in 2007. Her past roles at Ochsner have included Lean Management Engineering Leader, followed by Director, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President of Medical Specialties. Prior to assuming the COO role, she was the Vice President, Primary Care and Urgent Care Service Lines.

Matthew Malachowski, Pharm.D., MHA, BCPS is the System Director for Population Health and Ambulatory Care at Ochsner Health with headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Malachowski serves as the Co-Chair for the Vaccine Subcommittee and the Ambulatory Subcommittee of the Ochsner Health Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee. He serves on the Performance and Operations committee of the Ochsner Health Network. Dr. Malachowski has oversight of the Ochsner Refill Center and collaborates with Information Services and the Primary Care Department to innovate solutions to tomorrow’s patient care problems. He has responsibility for the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacists imbedded in the outpatient physician clinics and enjoys developing Advanced Care teams. Dr. Malachowski completed a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2020, his residency at UAB Hospital in 2007 and graduated from pharmacy school at the University of Rhode Island in 2006..

Karen McConnell is the System Vice President of Pharmacy for CommonSpirit Health. She leads pharmacy operations, clinical and revenue services. She serves as the co-chair of CommonSpirit Health's System Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee. Her previous role with CommonSpirit was the System Director of Clinical and Contracting Pharmacy Services. Dr. McConnell earned her PharmD degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and her MBA from Grand Canyon University. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Cox Medical Center and a specialty residency at Kaiser Permanente Colorado. Dr. McConnell is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. Previously, she was a clinical director and cardiology subject matter expert for Cardinal Health, providing consultative services and cardiology expertise to large health systems nationwide. She was also a clinical pharmacy specialist at Kaiser Permanente Colorado for 15 years. For 10 years she worked in the Clinical Pharmacy Cardiac Risk Service, providing direct care for patients with cardiovascular disease, and for 5 years she worked in the Cardiology Department, providing patient care and clinical consults to cardiologists and other healthcare providers. Dr. McConnell has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and given several presentations at state, national, and international professional meetings. She has also served as principal investigator on several research studies, focusing on cardiovascular care, continuing professional development, and high-cost drugs. She is a Fellow of ASHP and a fellow of ACCP.

Bonnie Levin, PharmD, MBA, FASHP, is VP, Pharmacy Services for MedStar Health, an integrated health system in Maryland and Washington, D.C. that includes ten hospitals (academic and community), six outpatient pharmacies, a centralized distribution/IV admixture service, specialty pharmacy, pharmacogenomics and ambulatory care.

Dr. Levin leads the pharmacy enterprise’s strategy, technology and supply chain. She co-chairs the system Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, 340B Steering Committee and oversees networks of leaders, clinicians, buyers, informaticists, oncology practitioners and medication safety pharmacists. Previously, she served as Director of Pharmacy and Behavioral Health and in clinical and administrative roles in community hospitals in Maryland and California. Interests include medication safety, informatics, mentoring students and emerging leaders.

Dr. Levin received a PharmD. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Johns Hopkins and is a Fellow of the ASHP. She has presented at state and national meetings on topics including medication safety, leadership, cybersecurity and drug diversion prevention. She has chaired the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Practice Managers’ Advisory Group SAG on Multi-Hospital Health System Pharmacy Leaders, served on the Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology Advisory Group and in leadership positions in state chapters. She has received multiple awards, including the W. Arthur Purdum Award, Maryland Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists' highest award, and Mentor of the Year, Phi Lambda Sigma, University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
