Book a Room

Room rates are $219 per night for single and double occupancy, plus tax (currently 14%). To make reservations, visit the Leadership Conference hotel website and book your room online. You can also call 877-868-9134; be sure to reference Group Code ASHOØ3 to receive the special group rate. Reservations at the group rate will be accepted until Friday, September 12, 2025, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival and check-in time; deposits are not refunded for cancellations made fewer than 24 hours prior to arrival date.  One night’s room and tax will also be charged if a guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation.

• Complimentary shuttle service to/from O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

Check-in/out:
Requests for early check-in or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and fees may apply.

Hotel Parking

The hotel offers self-parking in a covered parking lot. ASHP Leaders Conference attendees will receive a 50% discount on published self-parking rates at the time of the meeting. Let the front desk know you are parking a car to receive the discount.
