Hotel Booking Information

Room Rate: $219 per night single/double occupancy, plus tax (currently 14%) - includes the following:

• Complimentary in-room internet service
• Complimentary fitness center access
• Complimentary shuttle service to/from O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

Check-in/out: Requests for early check-in or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and fees may apply.

• Check-in: 4 p.m.
• Check-out: 12 p.m.

Deadline: Reservations at the group rate will be accepted until Monday, September 14, 2026, or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Cancellations: Must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival and check-in time; deposits are not refunded for cancellations made fewer than 24 hours prior to arrival date. One night’s room and tax will also be charged if a guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation.

Hotel Parking

The hotel offers self-parking in a covered parking lot. ASHP Leaders Conference attendees will receive a 50% discount on published self-parking rates at the time of the meeting. Let the front desk know you are parking a car to receive the discount.

• Pick-up for all flights is located at Terminal 2, on the lower level for Arrivals, in the middle lane, close to door 2C.
• Exits to the shuttle pick-up are located by baggage claim.
